Our Story
A dream, plated with love
Chef Ajay always dreamed of opening his own restaurant. After years of dedication, hard work, and passion for Indian cooking, he finally turned his dream into reality by opening Dosa Plaza.
This is his very first restaurant, built with love, authenticity, and a mission to serve people the true taste of India. Every dish is prepared with fresh ingredients, traditional recipes, and heartfelt passion — from the first crackle of mustard seeds at dawn to the last ember of the tandoor at night.

Chef Ajay
Raised in a kitchen where the grinding stone never rested, Ajay learned that a dosa is not batter and heat — it is patience. He spent years travelling from Chennai's tiffin counters to Lucknow's tandoors, collecting recipes the way others collect memories.
Dosa Plaza is the promise he made to himself: a place where every plate carries the honesty of home cooking and the finesse of fine dining. He still tastes every curry before service begins.
